I have used this repair shop twice in the last 7 years and both time they made the process easy and efficient. I love the rental car place is next door so you can get your rental after dropping the car off all in one stop which is great. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable they walk with you to your car before and after to view the damage and once they completed to ensure it was done correctly to my liking. They communicated from start to finish and I got my car back within the same week I dropped it off which is great because I wasn't without my car long. I would highly recommend this company and if I ever have to come back (which I hope not but people can't drive) I would use them again no problem they show quality work and get you back on the road fast which for me will always be a reason I come back to s business along with great customers service which they have.

I highly recommend this shop. They did excellent work and their customer service is over the top. It's stressful enough to be involved in a crash and then be without a car. I have to say that at least caliber collision didn't make this experience even more difficult than it already was. Thank you thank you thank you.

I had an estimate because of someone else bumping into me. The estimate was fast, thorough, complete. Every little thing was explained. It was very important to me to understand the pros and cons of making this cosmetic repair. I was extremely hesitant to start disassembling my truck to pull out a teeny dent. I'm very pleased with the service I received from Eric. He took his time to explain exactly how the repair would need to be done. It's way more involved than I care to risk. I don't intend to fix the tiny dent from the accident , my truck has over 315,000 miles, so it's silly to take a gamble on my current structural integrity over such a small dent. I'm planning to return for work unrelated to the accident that I'll be paying out of pocket for. I'm THAT impressed with the level of service, care and professionalism I've received so far. Would absolutely recommend. Will return.

It is super convenient that Enterprise is the same building, making the transition of dropping my car off and getting into a rental simple. The work and attention to detail put into my car show that there masters of there craft and the price was hundreds of dollars cheaper then the competition extremely satisfied with my overall experience.Thank you
